Problems with update to Full version
I just updated from the Lite to the full version of the app, but I lost all the patterns, coins, etc. that I had. I tried to get App Support, but I had to inform the order number, which I should have received by e-mail. The e-mail never arrived, although the money has already been taken from the credit card.
